You're busy, hard working and always on the go. You dream of an elaborate wedding with stunning décor, an exquisite menu, spectacular photographs, dazzling backdrops, a breathtaking wedding gown, extravagant tuxedos and divine flowers......

But you simply just don't have the time to pull it all together.

Having a wedding coordinator there with you throughout the planning process eases your mind, your budget and your nerves. Full wedding planning offers all of the following options; however the list of possibilities available to you is endless:

  1. discuss and implement your wedding day visions and develop wedding day theme
  2. customize, manage and allocate budget
  3. prepare and maintain detailed wedding day itinerary
  4. assist with vendor selection and attend at vendor appointments
  5. handle follow-up phone calls to all vendors and manage final payments
  6. coordinate and direct ceremony and reception
  7. attend and oversee photo shoot
  8. decorate bridal suite (if needed)
  9. attend and coordinate wedding rehearsal
  10. supply wedding day "emergency kit"
  11. ***unlimited communication via email or phone
Cost: 10% of your final wedding budget (minimum of $1,500.00)

Day of Coordination

You have bought your dress, tried on your veil, chosen your vendors and decided on colours...

Now you want to see your wedding day visions and dreams executed.

Having a day-of wedding coordinator will allow you, your bridal party and family and friends to simply enjoy your wedding day, without the hustle and bustle of running here and there.

I will be your "go-to girl" from the beginning of your wedding day until the end of the night. I will attend at the bride's home, ceremony location, photo shoot and reception, and anywhere in between.

I will have an initial consultation with you prior to the wedding day to create a detailed itinerary, as well as attend at and coordinate your wedding rehearsal.

Cost: $800.00

Consultation

If you have unanswered etiquette questions you just need to have resolved, if you are looking for suggestions for wedding vendors, or if you simply need some advice along the way, a consultation will provide you with the information you require quickly and effortlessly.

Cost: $150.00 for the first hour and $50.00 for each additional hour
